- Site – the domain valtoare.ro and all its subpages.
- Client / User – any person who accesses the Site and/or makes a reservation.
- Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activity.
- Services – the services and/or packages offered through the Site (e.g. accommodation, experiences, events, activities).
- Distance Contract – a contract concluded between FRESH VALT SRL and the Client through electronic or telephone means.
By accessing the Site, making a reservation or requesting information, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Failure to accept them results in the inability to use the services offered.
The Site has an informational and commercial role, facilitating the presentation and reservation of services offered by FRESH VALT SRL. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Site without prior notice.
The information presented on the Site (texts, images, descriptions) is for informational purposes only. Minor differences from reality may occur, without affecting the quality of the services provided. Service availability is subject to final confirmation.
6.1. Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email.
6.2. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of written confirmation of the reservation by FRESH VALT SRL.
6.3. FRESH VALT SRL reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the case of incomplete information or unavailability.
7.1. The prices displayed are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include applicable taxes, in accordance with the legislation in force.
7.2. Payment methods will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation.
7.3. Invoicing is carried out based on the data provided by the Client.
8.1. Cancellation or modification conditions vary depending on the type of service booked.
8.2. Requests for cancellation/ modification must be sent in writing to rezervari@valtoare.ro.
8.3. In the event of no-show, the amounts paid may be retained in full, in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of reservation confirmation.
For distance contracts, the consumer benefits, under certain conditions, from a right of withdrawal within 14 days. This right does not apply to accommodation services, leisure services or activities with a specific date or period of performance.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, to comply with the rules of the location, and to use the Site in a lawful and responsible manner.
The entire content of the Site is protected by copyright legislation. Use without prior written consent is prohibited.
FRESH VALT SRL cannot be held liable for potential technical errors, temporary interruptions, or force majeure events.
